To be sustainable country is to seek what the world is
Until data is explored, the fact is manifested.
A plethora of cosmos mysteries are still waiting to be discovered by humankind and so the world issue is. The cosmos of data always flows and be born without hesitation and leaves its trace to be found and scrutinized one day.
Like many stars beyond to the sky, most of data in our world seem to lose their traces in the middle way of own path. Nonetheless, what data in the world we have left can be examined to seek useful or dubious insights to point out that where our world is now and we still have a guideline to the future solution to resolve the issues that human are facing now.

Yes, indeed. To know which star shall be selected to be our next habitat is to see an essential factor e.g. temperature, mass or ecology and so our countries are. Practically, we have countless data to explore e.g. GDP, Human Development Index, government expenditures etc.
Turn more data into less indicators.
It is too complicated and difficult to make a good decision for policy management. Therefore, data is categorized into 5 key aspects for easier access: Human, Health, Environmental, Economic, and Political. These aspects are combined to create Sustainability.
Split Perspectives
To be sustainable country is to seek what the world is and one of topic that we would like to focus here is
Do countries with varying poverty populations show a tendency to prioritize health and environmental policies differently within their own?
In this topic is representing management of 3 issues; Health management, environmental management and poverty control.
According to HealthGov said, Unmet social needs, environmental factors, and barriers to accessing health care contribute to worse health outcomes for people with lower incomes.
Imagine you would like to access health care system but without purchase power enough, the poor cannot afford to purchase those things that are needed for good health, including sufficient quantities of quality food and health care. Moreover, environmental issue (like air or water pollution) can cause a harmful health condition to human.
To see how our world manage this problem well, don’t we? To explore data thoroughly is the another way beside to analyze a governments’ policy and strategy.
Two visualizations plays a role
Cluster Chart is created by Machine Learning algorithm named tSNE for the visualization of high-dimensional data in scatter plots.
Average chart is bee swarm plot of interesting aspect index which is more high value, more high position. Also, there is average line to classified a country that is high or low class in this aspect.
To explore the topic, we cluster all countries by Health index. And then use environmental index and rural population (% of total population) as color and size, respectively.
As can be seen, the notable observation from the cluster chart represents a higher environmental index and lower rural population belong to the same group of cluster. In case of average chart, the same group tends to have a high health index.
Now we would like to change color variable from environment index into continent to find out how every countries is arranged by health aspect.
Fascinating! each group is almost organized by each continent in cluster chart. Furthermore, the noticeable point is most of countries in Africa are below average health index line whereas most of countries in Europe and Asia are above it.
To roughly conclude, most of countries with more rural population and also poorly manage 3 issues of this topic. Meanwhile, many countries with less rural population are likely to handle and manage them well.
